ORDERING AND PAYMENTS
Aegis AV Cabinets is the exclusive dealer for Aegis AV Cabinets products and accessories. Orders can be placed online 24/7 or by phone, Monday-Friday, 8AM – 5PM CST, excluding major holidays. Applicable shipping rates are calculated at the point of sale and apply ONLY to the continental United States. Shipments outside the continental United States can require additional shipping charges that are covered at the customer’s expense.
All orders are done through Aegis Design Studio. Cabinet design along with any additional optional features are calculated to the cart. The payment methods available are:
Credit Card – 2.99% processing fee applies at checkout.
ACH/Echeck – No additional fees
Klarna Financing Option – Qualified applicants can be approved for up to $10,000 towards purchases. Terms are determined by Klarna and the purchaser.
Deliveries are managed by Aegis AV Cabinets and are facilitated only through our white glove delivery option or installed by an Authorized Aegis AV Cabinet Dealer.
White Glove Delivery – Cabinets are crated and shipped from our facility in Texas directly to the customers home or business. Cabinets are uncrated and positioned. Any damages or discrepancies must be noted on the bill of lading (BOL) and signed. Customer warranty will be automatically registered to their account with Aegis upon signature. Professional Audio Video Installer/Integrator – Cabinets are crated and shipped from our facility in Texas directly to an Authorized Audio Video Dealer near the purchaser’s installation location. Cabinets will be professionally installed along with any projectors, screens, and peripheral audio video equipment purchased through the Aegis Design Studio. Customer warranty will be automatically registered to their account with Aegis upon signature. (See Aegis AV Cabinets Limited Warranty)
Aegis AV Cabinets collects taxes based on the location the cabinet is being delivered.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELATIONS
Once an order is confirmed, there is a 48-hour grace period for any changes or cancelations. After 48 hours, orders are put into queue for production. Change requests after the 48 hour grace period might incur additional fees.
