Terms governing AegisAV.com, the Design Studio, portals, and online services.
Effective October 12, 2026
These Website Terms of Use govern access to and use of AegisAV.com, the Aegis Design Studio, customer and dealer portals, and related online services operated by Titan AV Cabinet Designs LLC, doing business as Aegis AV Cabinets (“Aegis AV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Effective date: October 12, 2026
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the website, creating an account, submitting a form or configuration, or using an online portal, you agree to these Website Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Purchases are also governed by the applicable Retail Terms of Sale, accepted quotation, invoice, change order, and Limited Warranty. Dealers and trade participants are additionally governed by their Authorized Dealer Agreement. If a transaction-specific agreement conflicts with these Website Terms, the transaction-specific agreement controls for that transaction.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use transactional features of the website. If you use the website for a company, customer, property owner, dealer, designer, installer, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to provide the submitted information and act for that party within the scope of your submission.
3. Informational website content
Website content is provided for general product, design, education, and planning purposes. Product specifications, options, availability, pricing, compatibility, lead times, and services may change.
Website content is not architectural, engineering, electrical, structural, code, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Project requirements must be verified by the appropriate qualified professional.
4. Design Studio and configurations
The Aegis Design Studio helps users explore products and communicate preferences. A displayed configuration, recommendation, rendering, estimated price, or compatibility result is not a final manufacturing specification or an unconditional offer to sell.
Aegis AV must review the submitted information and may request projector, screen, speaker, subwoofer, component, room, access, electrical, ventilation, or installation details before accepting an order.
The final accepted quotation, configuration, invoice, and approved change orders determine what Aegis AV will manufacture and supply.
5. Product compatibility
Compatibility information is based on manufacturer specifications, information available to Aegis AV, and the selections or measurements supplied by the user. Manufacturers may revise products without notice.
Users must identify the exact model and relevant dimensions of projectors, screens, speakers, soundbars, subwoofers, electronics, and other equipment. Aegis AV may require additional verification before accepting an order.
A website statement that newer and previous-generation models share a compatible form factor does not replace confirmation of the exact model for the customer’s order.
6. Renderings, photographs, and finish samples
Digital renderings, animations, photographs, videos, screen displays, and illustrations are intended to communicate design and appearance. They may not reproduce exact scale, color, grain, texture, sheen, lighting, projection quality, screen size, or room conditions.
Wood, veneer, and similar materials naturally vary. The delivered product may reasonably differ from a digital representation or small physical sample.
Room scenes and lifestyle renderings may include equipment, furnishings, screens, projectors, accessories, or décor not included in the stated product price.
7. Pricing and availability
Website prices may be starting prices and may exclude selected options, custom engineering, project-specific modifications, taxes, freight, delivery services, installation, third-party equipment, and payment-processing charges.
Aegis AV may correct typographical, configuration, compatibility, availability, and pricing errors before accepting an order. A price shown on the website does not obligate Aegis AV to fulfill an order containing an obvious error.
Dealer pricing and discounts are available only to approved users and are confidential.
8. Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting passwords and verification methods, limiting account access to authorized people, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Aegis AV may suspend or restrict access to protect users, investigate misuse, address security concerns, or enforce applicable agreements.
You may not share dealer portal credentials or use another customer’s, dealer’s, or employee’s account without authorization.
9. User submissions and uploaded files
You may submit contact information, project notes, equipment models, room photographs, measurements, plans, drawings, resale certificates, warranty evidence, reviews, messages, and other material.
You retain ownership of material you submit. You grant Aegis AV a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, convert, display internally, transmit, and use the material as reasonably necessary to respond to you; evaluate, quote, design, manufacture, document, deliver, install, service, or support the project; operate our systems; and comply with law.
This license does not permit Aegis AV to use identifiable customer-room photographs or private project material in public marketing without permission or another lawful basis.
10. Responsibility for submissions
You represent that you have the right to submit the information and files you provide and that our authorized use will not violate another person’s privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, or contractual rights.
Do not upload malicious code, unlawful material, unnecessary government identifiers, full payment-card information, online-banking credentials, access codes, or sensitive information unrelated to the project.
You are responsible for the accuracy of submitted measurements, models, specifications, addresses, exemptions, and instructions.
11. Intellectual property
The website and its text, photography, graphics, renderings, animations, videos, product names, logos, cabinet designs, mechanisms, configurations, interfaces, software, documentation, and other content are owned by or licensed to Aegis AV and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Certain Aegis AV products and features are protected by U.S. Patent No. 11,466,812, and additional patents are pending.
Except for ordinary personal evaluation or authorized dealer use, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, scrape, frame, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Aegis AV content, designs, software, or technical information without written permission.
12. Limited permission to use the website
Aegis AV grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the website for legitimate personal, customer, dealer, design, installation, or business evaluation consistent with these Terms.
No ownership right or broader license is transferred.
13. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- Use the website for fraud, impersonation, infringement, harassment, or unlawful activity;
- Attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, dealer restrictions, or security measures;
- Probe, scan, disrupt, overload, damage, or introduce malicious code into the website or connected systems;
- Use automated tools to scrape content, pricing, dealer information, renderings, designs, or product data without permission;
- Reverse engineer the Design Studio, product configurations, controllers, mechanisms, or protected features;
- Submit false dealer credentials, tax documents, payment information, claims, reviews, or project data;
- Interfere with another user’s account or transaction;
- Use Aegis AV content or trademarks to create confusion, counterfeit products, competitive replicas, or misleading advertising; or
- Help another person engage in prohibited conduct.
14. Reviews and public content
If you submit a review, testimonial, public comment, or other material intended for publication, you grant Aegis AV a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, format, publish, and display that material in connection with Aegis AV products and marketing, subject to applicable law.
We may moderate or remove unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, irrelevant, infringing, or personally identifying public content. We are not obligated to publish every submission.
We will not materially alter the meaning of a testimonial or falsely attribute a statement to you.
15. Third-party products and services
The website may describe or link to projectors, screens, speakers, electronics, manufacturers, dealers, installers, payment services, financing providers, scheduling tools, maps, videos, social networks, and other third parties.
Third parties control their own products, websites, terms, warranties, privacy practices, availability, and performance. A link, compatibility reference, or product listing does not make Aegis AV responsible for a third party’s independent acts or omissions.
16. Website availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any website feature, content, account function, Design Studio path, product option, or integration. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may perform maintenance, security work, migrations, testing, and updates that temporarily affect availability.
17. Disclaimer of website warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its nontransactional content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Aegis AV does not warrant that the website will always be available, error-free, secure, complete, or compatible with every browser, device, network, or third-party service.
This website disclaimer does not replace or reduce an express product warranty, accepted order obligation, or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
18. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aegis AV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the website, including lost data, lost opportunities, or lost profits.
This limitation does not apply to an accepted product order except as stated in the applicable Terms of Sale and Limited Warranty, and it does not exclude liability that applicable law does not permit Aegis AV to limit.
19. Indemnification for misuse
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aegis AV and its owners, officers, employees, and representatives from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, infringement, unauthorized submission, security attack, impersonation, or material breach of these Terms.
This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Aegis AV’s own negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law.
20. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Aegis AV Privacy Policy. Additional notices may appear when particular information is collected.
Dealers, installers, payment processors, manufacturers, and other third parties may independently process information under their own privacy policies.
21. Copyright and intellectual-property concerns
A person who believes website content infringes a copyright, trademark, patent, or other right should contact Aegis AV with identification of the protected work, the challenged material, contact information, and a good-faith explanation of the concern.
Aegis AV may remove or restrict material while reviewing a credible report.
22. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate website or portal access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security, nonpayment, unlawful conduct, intellectual-property misuse, false documentation, repeated violations, or a material breach of an applicable agreement.
Termination of website access does not cancel payment, confidentiality, intellectual-property, warranty, order, or other obligations that survive by their nature.
23. Governing law and venue
These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent a dispute may lawfully be assigned to a particular court by agreement, exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts having jurisdiction in Tom Green County, Texas.
Nothing in this section prevents a person from pursuing a remedy in a forum that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
24. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Website Terms to reflect changes in the website, services, business practices, or legal requirements. The updated version will state a revised effective date.
Changes apply prospectively to website use after the effective date. Accepted product orders remain governed by the transaction documents applicable to those orders unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
25. Severability and waiver
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it later.
